In 1994, real estate holdings were added. By 1996, the Legacy Projects were launched to support humanitarian and ecological efforts abroad, thus forging the Enterprise's "through line" driven by the principles of ethics and fairness.
Continuing on its growth path, the Enterprise next looked towards developing their own branded companies. the first of these to launch was an edutainment entity with deals with LeapFrog and Knowledge Universe. The film licensing/distribution/financing phase began in 1997 with contracted positions with Rysher Entertainment, Turner Network Television and HBO. Human Resources, a developing industry in 1998 was reviewed and by 2001 evolved to become a strategic entity within the Enterprise's cultural structure. In May 2009, the Human Resources division and assets was sold to an Executive Search Company.
